• Your selection is your responsibility

• We offer paid SITE VISITS to ensure your location suits your order.

• You can send us a photo if you have questions about what will fit and we will do our best to assist. The final selection remains your responsibility

• We offer EVENT DESIGN to be sure your rental will bring out the best in your event.

• Rented Items must be returned / collecting in the condition they were received by the renter. Please see our rental terms

• Cleaning / repair / replacements will incur additional fees.

• Bookings can be changed right up to 5 hours before order pick up / delivery (if available)

• Refunds will be issued up till 72 hours before order date
