Definitions:

“We”, “Us”, “Our” KANY RENTAL.
“You”, “Your”, “The Renter” The person named as The Renter on this Hire Agreement.
“The Equipment” The Items listed in the Equipment rental section of this Rental Agreement.
“Available For Collection” Accessible by Us at the Collection Location as stated on this Rental Agreement.

By clicking AGREED below You are entering into a legal contract with Us and confirming that You accept the following:

1 You will pay the full amount of the Balance Due and Damage Deposit as stated on this Rental Agreement upon delivery of The Equipment.

2 All of The Equipment is in the Condition as stated on this Hire Agreement at the Start of the Period of Rental.

3 All of The Equipment will be Available For Collection in the Condition as stated on this Rental Agreement by the End of the Period of Rental

4 We reserve the right to charge a damage deposit if rented items are not returned (available for pick up) in the condition it was received (set up) by the end of the Period of Rental .

5 If any of The Equipment is not available for collection by the end of the Period of Rental you agree to pay for the continued hire of the equipment at our published hire rates until the equipment is available for collection.

6 If loss or damage occurs to any of the equipment between rental / delivery and return / collection by us, you agree to pay the full cost of replacement or repair of any lost or damaged items within 14 days of the end of the period of Rental.

7)Set up location must be clear of water and organic waste. A picture of the location (or pre-visit) may be required to offer you the best service. We reserve the right to refuse a set up if the location is not suitable.

8 We reserve the right to request a full damage deposit if any of the Terms & Conditions of this Rental Agreement are broken.

CONDITION:

A SCAN (photo copy) of Renters ID is required to complete rental.

(Your copy will be securely destroyed on the completion of the rental period)

Continuing with a rental is considered your agreement to this policy.
